TwinGo has recalled approximately 4,000 baby carriers because the waist buckle can break, creating a fall hazard.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the TwinGo Original Carrier is an infant carrier that allows users to carry two babies against their body at the waist. It is advertised for babies between 10 to 45 pounds.

TwinGo received 13 reports of buckles breaking, including 10 in the United States, but no injuries were reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the carrier and contact TwinGo for a free repair kit. A repair video is also available online.

The carriers, which are made of black and blue or orange fabric, can be identified by “TwinGo” printed on the front and an 11-digit batch number on the label, found sewn into the waistband. Model numbers include: 23014024003, 01515026003 and 2161501900.
