S — TEEN ART CLASSESare offered at Spartanburg Art Museum. Summer classes include Introduction to Videography (ages 14 and older), Beginning Drawing (ages 13 – 17) and Advanced Drawing (ages 13 – 17). For details and registration, visit

G — FREE! FIRST FRIDAY is 6 – 9 p.m. June 7 at Greenville Center for Creative Arts. View and buy work by local artists and enjoy a free make and take art activity for kids. For details, visit

G — A DANCE CLASS FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS is 7:15 – 7:45 p.m. Thursdays at Shock Dance Center in Mauldin. The class has free tuition and a one-time $40 payment at the beginning of the season. Students receive a T-shirt and perform in the annual shock showcase. All proceeds from the showcase go to benefit Lindley’s Alliance which supports special needs youth in the community. Visit
