FREE! A Mom and Baby Fitness Class is at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 3 and 17 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Free parking is available in the VIP lot off of Church Street. Moms should bring a stroller (if necessary), a mat for floor work and water. More information can be found under the events tab at
FREE! Get moving with Well Walkers, held most Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. An anniversary celebration of the program is Jan. 12. Each lap around the concourse is 1/4 mile and strollers are welcome. Representatives from St. Francis Sports Medicine will be on hand for each event.
