20th Century Fox is hosting an advanced screening of "Eddie the Eagle"  at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17 at Regal Hollywood 20 Cinemas in Greenville.

Inspired by true events, "Eddie the Eagle" is a feel-good story about Michael “Eddie” Edwards, an unlikely but courageous British ski-jumper who never stopped believing in himself – even as an entire nation was counting him out.  With the help of a rebellious and charismatic coach (played by Hugh Jackman), Eddie takes on the establishment and wins the hearts of sports fans around the world by making an improbable and historic showing at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics.  "Eddie the Eagle" is produced by the team behind "Kingsman: The Secret Service" and stars Taron Egerton as Eddie, the lovable underdog with a never-say-die attitude.

You can receive passes to the screening by being one of the first to email with "Eddie the Eagle Giveaway" in the subject line. Please note that passes are on a first-come, first-serve basis and do not guarantee seating. Upstate Parent is not responsible for screening cancellations, screening changes, or other adjustments during the screening. Winners will be notified by Feb. 15.
