A BLOOD PRESSURE SELF-MONITORING PROGRAM is offered by YMCA of Greenville. Participants work with trained Healthy Heart Ambassadors for the duration of the four-month program to take and record their blood pressure at least twice a month, attend consultations a month and attend monthly nutrition education seminars. LEAP OF FAITH FARM, LLC needs volunteers ages 14 and older to assist special needs children and adults with therapeutic horseback riding lessons. Volunteers assist as side walkers and horse leaders.
