FREE! GET MOVING WITH WELL WALKERS, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. March 7, 21, 23 and 30 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Each lap around the concourse is 1/4 mile and strollers are welcome. Representatives from St. Francis Sports Medicine will be on hand for each event. On March 21, a dietician will be present with a focus on calcium rich foods, bone health and osteoporosis. FORM A TEAM FOR STRIDES FOR AUTISM April 1 at Heritage Park in Simpsonville. The day includes a walk, resource fair, entertainment, food and family fun activities.
