FAMILY FUN DAY: RED, WHITE AND BLUE BASH is 1 – 4 p.m. July 3 at the Upcountry History Museum. Visit http://www.upcountryhistory.org.

WELLS FARGO RED, WHITE AND BLUE FESTIVAL is 5 – 10 p.m. July 4 in Downtown Greenville. This free event features live music on two sages, activities in the Kids Zone and a variety of food and beverage vendors. Visit http://greenvillesc.gov.

RED, WHITE AND BOOM is 6 – 10 p.m. July 4 at Barnet Park. Admission is $5 each and free for ages 6 and younger. Visit http://www.cityofspartanburg.org/red-white-and-boom.

THE ROYAL COLOR RUN is at 8 a.m. July 9 at Heritage Park in Simpsonville. The race is an untimed 5K and is for all ages. For details and registration, visit http://royalcolorrun.com.

THE WET ’N WILD WEDNESDAY WALK begins at 10 a.m. July 20 at Paris Mountain State Park. The event is a one-mile, ranger-led walk around Lake Placid.
