Moms are welcome to bring kids, including strollers, for the free Well Walkers program at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
The quarter-mile indoor track is open most Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless preparations for an event require the track to close.
The VIP area is open for parking, and registered nurse Katie Phillips is on site.
Special programs are also offered occasionally, planned by Bon Secours staff, not the arena, said Ashley Taylor, director of media public relations for Bon Secours.
Taylor noted one popular event is the smoothie bike, which is a blender powered by an exercise bike. Participants make their own free smoothies and receive a recipe.
The Walk with the Doc event offers a doctor to answer medical questions, Taylor said.
